WakeForce Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kadir Labs (“we”, “our”, or “us”) processes information when you use the WakeForce mobile application (“WakeForce”, the “App”, or the “Service”).
We are committed to respecting your privacy and limiting data processing to what is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, improve, and monetize the Service.
Where consent is legally required, WakeForce or the applicable platform or consent mechanism will request that consent separately. Merely using WakeForce does not constitute consent to every optional form of data processing.
1 — Information We Process
WakeForce is designed primarily as an alarm and productivity application.
Depending on the features you use, WakeForce and its service providers may process certain technical, support, usage, advertising, subscription, and diagnostic information.
Device and Technical Information
We and our service providers may process technical information such as:
- device identifiers or advertising identifiers, where permitted;
- IP address;
- device manufacturer and model;
- operating system and version;
- app version and build number;
- language and locale settings;
- time zone;
- diagnostic information;
- performance information;
- error-related information;
- app interaction information.
Some of this information may be collected automatically by third-party SDKs used for advertising, subscription management, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and service operation.
WakeForce does not request or collect your device’s precise or approximate GPS location.
Certain third-party service providers, particularly advertising providers, may infer a general location from an IP address in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Usage Information
We and our service providers may process information about how the App is used, such as:
- app launches;
- feature usage;
- taps and interactions;
- advertising interactions;
- subscription and entitlement events;
- performance and reliability events;
- error and diagnostic events.
WakeForce does not use this information to create a public user profile.
2 — Camera and Photo Access
WakeForce may request access to your camera and/or photo library for features such as Photo Mission.
These permissions are used only to allow you to capture or select images required for supported alarm missions.
Images used for Photo Mission are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to WakeForce servers.
WakeForce does not use camera or photo permissions for advertising purposes.
You may revoke camera or photo access at any time through your device settings.
3 — Notifications and Alarm-Related Permissions
WakeForce may request notification and alarm-related permissions in order to:
- deliver scheduled alarms;
- display alarm-related notifications;
- show upcoming alarm status information where enabled;
- support alarm reliability;
- notify you about timers, reminders, support replies, or related WakeForce functionality.
These permissions may be managed through your device settings. Android support-reply notifications are described separately below.
4 — Support Requests
If you use Contact Us, WakeForce sends the support category and message text, together with app version, build number, platform, and locale information, to Kadir Labs’ support backend hosted using Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1.
Support replies are stored in the same support system. The in-app My Tickets experience relies on these records so you can view your support conversation and its status.
5 — Optional Email
If you choose to receive a reply by email, you may provide an email address. The address is stored with the relevant support ticket and may be processed through Resend for support email delivery.
The email address is used for handling the support conversation and, where applicable, privacy or data-rights requests. Providing an email address for a support ticket is optional.
6 — Android Support Push Notifications
On Android, WakeForce may create a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token so we can notify you when a support reply is available. That token may be stored in our support backend and processed by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for notification delivery.
Support notification text is generic and does not include the full text of your support message or the support team’s reply.
You can disable notification permission in Android system settings. Your support tickets and unread status can still work inside the App without push-notification permission.
7 — Support Identity and Security
WakeForce generates a support identity and stores the raw value in secure storage on your device. The raw identity is sent over HTTPS when required to authenticate support requests. Our backend stores only a SHA-256 hash of that identity, not the raw value.
For support-management workflows, hashes of resolve or management tokens may also be stored. Support API requests use HTTPS.
8 — Abuse Prevention and Rate Limiting
To help prevent abuse and excessive requests, Cloudflare may process the request IP address (including CF-Connecting-IP) for rate limiting. The IP address is not stored as a field in support ticket records.
Cloudflare may apply its own operational and retention practices to infrastructure and rate-limiting data.
9 — Advertising
The free version of WakeForce may display advertising.
WakeForce may use advertising and mediation services including:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads;
- AppLovin MAX and/or LevelPlay mediation;
- Unity Ads;
- other advertising partners made available through the configured mediation platform.
These providers may process information such as:
- device identifiers;
- advertising identifiers;
- IP address;
- advertising interactions;
- app usage signals;
- diagnostic information;
- performance information;
- general location inferred from IP address.
Such processing is subject to your device settings, applicable law, consent choices, and the privacy policies of the relevant service providers.
WakeForce may use a consent-management mechanism where required to obtain or communicate advertising privacy choices.
We do not sell your personal information.
10 — WakeForce Plus and Purchases
WakeForce offers optional paid subscription features through WakeForce Plus.
Payments are processed through the applicable app store, such as Google Play.
Subscription status and premium entitlement management may be handled through RevenueCat.
WakeForce does not directly receive, process, or store your full payment card or banking details.
RevenueCat and the applicable app store may process transaction and subscription information necessary to validate purchases and manage premium access, including:
- purchase history;
- transaction or purchase tokens;
- receipt information;
- subscription status;
- anonymous or pseudonymous app user identifiers;
- technical information associated with purchases.
Subscription pricing, currency, taxes, renewal terms, and billing are determined by the applicable app store and storefront.
11 — Third-Party Service Providers
WakeForce relies on third-party providers to operate certain parts of the Service. Depending on the feature you use, these may include:
- Cloudflare (Workers, D1, and rate limiting) for the support backend, support records, and abuse prevention;
- Resend for support email delivery;
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android support-reply notifications;
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads;
- AppLovin MAX;
- LevelPlay;
- Unity Ads;
- RevenueCat;
- Google Play and other app-store payment and distribution providers;
- other infrastructure, diagnostics, and service providers used to support app operation.
Each third-party provider processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.
We encourage users to review the privacy practices of relevant third-party providers.
12 — How We Use Information
We may process information for purposes including:
- providing alarm, mission, timer, stopwatch, and related functionality;
- maintaining alarm reliability;
- providing and managing support requests and support replies;
- delivering Android support-reply notifications;
- supporting app operation and stability;
- managing subscriptions and premium entitlements;
- displaying and measuring advertising;
- preventing fraud, abuse, and invalid activity;
- troubleshooting errors;
- improving performance and reliability;
- complying with applicable legal obligations;
- responding to privacy or support requests.
WakeForce does not use Photo Mission images for advertising or unrelated profiling.
13 — Data Sharing
We may share or allow processing of information by third-party service providers only where reasonably necessary for purposes such as:
- support backend hosting and ticket storage;
- support email delivery;
- Android support push-notification delivery;
- advertising and ad measurement;
- subscription and purchase management;
- analytics and performance measurement;
- fraud prevention and security;
- diagnostics and reliability;
- infrastructure and service operation.
We do not sell personal information.
Third-party service providers may independently determine certain processing activities under their own privacy policies.
14 — Data Retention
There is currently no automatic retention or deletion mechanism for support tickets, support messages, optional support email addresses, or valid support push tokens. These records may remain until they are manually or technically removed.
Push tokens that Firebase Cloud Messaging confirms are permanently invalid may be removed from the support system. Other third-party providers may apply their own data-retention periods and practices.
Some WakeForce data may also be stored locally on your device and may remain until you delete the relevant data, clear app storage, or uninstall the App, depending on the feature.
15 — Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Support API requests use HTTPS. The support identity is stored using secure device storage, while the support backend stores a SHA-256 hash of that identity rather than the raw value.
Third-party services used by WakeForce may use encrypted network transport such as TLS or HTTPS.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16 — Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:
- request access to certain information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion where applicable;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- request a copy of certain information;
- opt out of certain advertising or tracking activities where applicable.
You may also manage permissions directly through your device settings, including camera, photos, notifications, advertising identifiers, and applicable tracking or privacy controls.
For Android support notifications, you may revoke notification permission through system settings. WakeForce does not currently provide an in-app control for deleting or exporting support-ticket data.
To exercise applicable privacy rights, including a request concerning support data, contact us at:
17 — International Data Processing
Some third-party service providers used by WakeForce may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.
Where required, such processing is subject to applicable legal safeguards and the privacy terms of the relevant provider.
18 — Children’s Privacy
WakeForce is not specifically designed or directed toward children under the age at which parental consent is required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children for the purpose of creating user profiles.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
19 — GDPR and EEA/UK Users
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar legislation applies, personal information may be processed on one or more lawful bases depending on the activity, including:
- performance of a service requested by you;
- legitimate interests, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- consent, where consent is required.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to applicable law.
20 — California and Other U.S. Privacy Rights
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights under applicable privacy laws concerning access, deletion, correction, or certain uses of personal information.
WakeForce does not sell personal information.
Advertising providers may process information for advertising purposes as described above, and applicable opt-out or consent mechanisms may be provided where legally required.
21 — Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to WakeForce, applicable laws, platform requirements, or third-party services.
The latest version will be identified by the Last updated date shown at the top of this page.
Material changes may also be communicated through the App or other appropriate means where required.
