WakeForce Terms of Use
Last updated: September 20, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WakeForce mobile application (“WakeForce”, the “App”, or the “Service”) provided by Kadir Labs (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WakeForce, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1 — About WakeForce
WakeForce is an alarm and productivity application designed to help users schedule alarms, interact with optional mission or challenge features, and use related tools such as timers and stopwatches.
WakeForce is a consumer software product. It is not a medical device, life-safety system, emergency alert service, or substitute for professional safety, medical, travel, or operational procedures.
2 — Alarm Limitations and User Responsibility
WakeForce aims to provide reliable alarm scheduling and related notifications. However, we do not guarantee that alarms, notifications, timers, or related alerts will always trigger, sound, display, or wake a device under every condition.
Alarm delivery can be affected by factors outside our control, including device settings, operating-system restrictions, battery optimization, Doze or power-saving modes, OEM customizations, notification permissions, exact-alarm permissions, focus or silent modes, volume settings, hardware failures, OS updates, app updates, background process limits, network conditions (where relevant), and other system or environmental factors.
WakeForce does not claim that it can bypass Android, iOS, or other platform restrictions. Platform rules and device policies always apply.
You remain solely responsible for critical wake-up, medication, travel, work, safety, emergency, or other time-sensitive situations. Do not rely on WakeForce as your only method of waking or alerting for any high-stakes purpose.
WakeForce must not be relied on as a life-safety or emergency system.
3 — Missions and Challenges
WakeForce may offer optional mission or challenge features intended to encourage interaction after an alarm starts.
These features are optional interaction mechanisms. They do not guarantee that you will wake up, dismiss an alarm correctly, or complete a task successfully in every situation.
Mission outcomes may depend on device capabilities, permissions (such as camera or photo access), lighting, user behavior, and other conditions.
4 — Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use WakeForce. If you use WakeForce on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Where WakeForce Plus or other features rely on app-store accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your store account and for activity occurring through that account.
5 — License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WakeForce on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal use in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App, or attempt to extract source code, except to the limited extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
6 — Acceptable Use
You agree to use WakeForce only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the Service, other users, or third parties.
Prohibited misuse includes, without limitation:
- attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the App or related services;
- attempting to circumvent security, entitlement, subscription, or advertising controls;
- using WakeForce to harass, abuse, or harm others;
- using automated means to scrape, probe, or attack the Service without authorization;
- misrepresenting your identity or affiliation in support or purchase contexts;
- using WakeForce in any way that violates applicable law or app-store policies.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
7 — WakeForce Plus and Subscriptions
WakeForce may offer optional paid features through WakeForce Plus or similar premium offerings.
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store (for example, Google Play). WakeForce does not directly process your full payment card or banking details.
Subscription status and premium entitlement management may be handled through RevenueCat and/or the applicable app store.
Prices, currencies, taxes, billing periods, and promotional offers may vary by storefront, region, and time. The price shown in the store at the time of purchase controls.
Subscriptions may auto-renew according to the applicable app-store terms unless you cancel according to the store’s cancellation process before the renewal date.
Cancellation and refund handling are governed by the policies of the applicable app store. We do not independently control store refund decisions.
Where available, Restore Purchases may help recover previously purchased entitlements associated with your store account on a supported device. Restore behavior depends on store and entitlement systems and may not recreate local app settings or content.
8 — Advertising
The free version of WakeForce may display advertising. Advertising partners and mediation platforms may be used as described in the WakeForce Privacy Policy.
Premium subscriptions such as WakeForce Plus may reduce or remove certain ads according to the features offered at the time of purchase. Exact ad-free behavior may change as products evolve, but material changes will be reflected in the App where practical.
9 — Intellectual Property
WakeForce, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Kadir Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10 — Third-Party Services
WakeForce may rely on third-party services, including advertising platforms, mediation SDKs, subscription/entitlement providers, app stores, and infrastructure or diagnostics providers.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, except to the extent required by applicable law.
11 — Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of WakeForce from time to time, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, or product improvement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary unavailability may occur due to updates, outages, device conditions, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
12 — Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WakeForce is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that alarms will always trigger, that missions will always function as expected, that the App will be free of defects, or that WakeForce is suitable for medical, emergency, life-safety, or other critical uses.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law, and mandatory consumer protections remain available.
13 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kadir Labs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use WakeForce.
Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for missed alarms, failed notifications, delayed alerts, mission failures, or consequences arising from reliance on WakeForce for wake-up, scheduling, travel, work, medication, safety, emergency, or other time-sensitive matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to WakeForce or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for WakeForce Plus (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50 (or local-currency equivalent).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
14 — Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kadir Labs from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of WakeForce, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
15 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Where mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence grant you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected.
16 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be identified by the Last updated date shown at the top of this page.
Continued use of WakeForce after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the App and, where applicable, cancel any subscription according to app-store procedures.
